2. What data we collect

When you contact us via the web form or email we may process:

• Name
• Company
• Email address
• Phone number
• Message content
• Technical data such as IP address on submission

3. Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible assignment and document the contact. The legal basis is legitimate interest and/or contract (pre-contractual steps) under Article 6 GDPR. When you tick consent in the form, processing is also based on consent.

4. Retention

Contact details are stored for as long as needed for the purpose, normally up to 24 months after the last contact if no customer relationship arises. In a customer relationship, data is stored according to accounting and contract requirements.

5. Sharing of data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with IT/hosting providers that process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement where required.

6. Cookies

The website currently uses only necessary technical cookies required for the site to function. If we later introduce analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) we will inform you and obtain consent where required.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and in some cases data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
